Steps to Move OneNote files from old tenant (OVC) to new tenant (ATS)

1. Go to incognito window in browser and browser to OneNote Online

2. Sign in with [username]@odysseyvconline.onmicrosoft.com.

3. Enter your old password (the password you used to login to old OVC account).

4. Select the Notebook you want to migrate to new tenant.

5. Go to Editing in the top and open in Desktop app.

6. From the desktop app, go to accounts and add another account.

7. Sign into the [username]@odysseyvconline.onmicrosoft.com account.

8. Uncheck ‘Allow my organisation to manage my device’ and select ‘No, sign in to this app only’.

9. You will see the notebooks in there, If not repeat Step 4 & 5.

10. Select the book you want to migrate and go to file > Export and select one.pkg and Click Export.

11. Sign out of the [username]@odysseyvconline.onmicrosoft.com account

12. Go to the exported notebook and open it, it will open in a new tenant account.
