How to Access Quarantined Emails in Microsoft Defender 365

To review a missing expected email, check the Microsoft 365 quarantine.

Access Link: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine?viewid=Email

Quick Steps:

Sign in with your Microsoft 365.
Find your message using the Search box or Filters.
Select the message and choose an action:
- Release: Send it to the inbox.
- Preview: Click to view the message text safely.
- Request release: Request the release of the message.
- Delete: Delete message.

Key Notes:

Quarantined emails are automatically deleted after a set number of days.
To prevent future issues, add trusted senders to your Safe Senders list in Outlook.
